By accessing or using the Strong Curves mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the App.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.

Strong Curves is a fitness application that provides:

• Workout programs and exercise routines
• Nutrition guidance and meal planning
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Community features and support
• Educational content about fitness and health

The App is designed for educational and fitness purposes only and is not intended to replace professional medical advice.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the security of your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our App. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

You are prohibited from using the App for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without charge. If you don't cancel, you will be automatically charged for your chosen subscription plan.

Subscription Billing

• Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled
• You will be charged at the beginning of each subscription period
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Users may submit content such as progress photos, testimonials, and workout logs. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the App.

You are responsible for the content you submit and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use the content
• The content does not infringe on any third party rights
• The content is not obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• The content complies with applicable laws

Acceptable Use Policy

Strong Curves provides community features that allow users to create and share content, including posts, comments, and progress updates. By using these features, you agree to the following:

Zero Tolerance Policy

We maintain a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. The following are strictly prohibited:

Prohibited Content:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content
• Violent, graphic, or disturbing content
• Spam, advertising, or unsolicited promotional content
• Misinformation or impersonation of others
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws

Prohibited Behavior:

• Bullying, harassment, or threats toward other users
• Trolling or deliberately inflammatory comments
• Doxxing or sharing others' personal information without consent
• Coordinated abuse or brigading
• Manipulation of voting, likes, or engagement metrics

Content Moderation

Reporting Objectionable Content:

Users can report content that violates these guidelines directly within the app using the "Report" feature available on all posts and comments.

Review Process:

• All reported content is reviewed within 24 hours
• Objectionable content is removed immediately upon confirmation
• Users who post prohibited content will have their accounts suspended or permanently banned
• Repeat violations will result in permanent account termination

User Blocking:

Users can block other users to prevent seeing their content. Blocked users will not be notified of the block.

Enforcement

Account Actions:

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any content that violates these guidelines
• Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for violations
• Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities
• Preserve content and account information for legal compliance

Appeals:

If you believe content was removed in error, you may contact support@strongcurves.com within 30 days.

User Responsibilities

By posting content, you:

• Represent that you own or have rights to share the content
• Grant Strong Curves a license to display and distribute your content within the app
• Agree not to post content that violates these guidelines
• Understand that you are solely responsible for your content

Updates to Guidelines

We may update these guidelines at any time. Continued use of community features after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.

You may not use our App:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Strong Curves and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App without our prior written consent.

In no event shall Strong Curves, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Strong Curves assumes no liability or responsibility for any:

• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the App
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Strong Curves and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App or cancel your subscription through your account settings.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
