Shelley is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, yoga teacher, and author with over a decade of experience empowering women to build strength and confidence. Known for her relatable humour, no-nonsense advice and straightforward approach, Shelley creates programs that fit real life and celebrate all body types. She's passionate about helping women build strength, feel great, and embrace lasting change without fad diets or unrealistic expectations.

Adam Herbert, Founder & CTO:

Adam brings a unique blend of sporting expertise and tech innovation to Strong Curves. Coming from a background as a strength coach in professional sports and bodybuilding, he transitioned his career to become a self-made tech entrepreneur. His focus is turning Shelley's vision into a seamless, user-friendly app that simplifies fitness for busy women. Adam is dedicated to driving innovation in women's fitness by creating practical solutions built for real life and real results.
