All new users receive a 7-day free trial to explore Strong Curves without any commitment. You can cancel anytime during this period without being charged.

Simply cancel before your trial expires to avoid any charges. No questions asked.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Strong Curves subscription at any time through:

  • Your account settings within the Strong Curves app
  • Your device's subscription management settings (iOS App Store or Google Play Store)
  • Contacting our customer support team

Important: Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all premium features until your subscription expires.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Technical Issues

  • App crashes or technical problems that prevent usage
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Inability to access content due to technical issues on our end

Service Issues

  • Significant service outages lasting more than 24 hours
  • Content not matching service description
  • Failure to deliver promised features or updates

Medical Reasons

  • Medical conditions that prevent you from using the app (with documentation)
  • Doctor's orders to discontinue exercise programs

Note: If you purchased through the App Store or Google Play, you may also be able to request a refund directly through their platforms.
